    On my third day of doing this program, I got out of bed and thought what’s wrong? The answer was nothing- no knee pain and I didn’t feel like I was about to fall down! The accident that trashed my knee was 40 years ago and I have tried many things and I have never seen many of these exercises. Today I’m very hopeful and excited.     I was amazed at how much better my knees felt after just one set of the exercises. Although I still have knee pain, the amount of pain has vastly decreased and strength in my knees has improved.Interestingly, I started learning Tai Chi and was experiencing a lot of pain because you bend your knees somewhat when doing that so that’s what prompted me to get your book.My biggest issues are my knee joints and my feet. I’ve torn my meniscus three times…2X in my right knee and 1X in my left. They’re old injuries and never ever bothered me after I had surgery but I have arthritis in my knees and I can feel them popping and moving around when I bend them. The exercises helped reduce the pain and I am sure they will help with the strengthening, which will also help with the pain.

    Thank you Todd. I’ve just completed your 3 levels of exercise for awesome knees. My knees are much less painful, thank you so much. I have early onset osteoarthritis and a torn rear meniscus. My knees are pretty much bone on bone and knee cap seized. I played roller derby for 5 years in my late 40s and more recently used to run 5k a week. Pain has narrowed my world quite a lot.
