    I want to thank you for designing and providing such a fine isometrics strength program for people interested in that type of situation for themselves. I have ordered some of your other programs in the past and have used many of the bodyweight strategies successfully.
    My main purpose in ordering your latest Isometrics Strength program is my new found interest in isometrics for rehab purposes. You see, I recently incurred an injury to my right clavical bone and rotator cuff area. I am in a financial situation without health insurance whereby I can’t afford to have any surgery and that would be my last resort anyway.
    So, with your program, coupled with some other information I’ve gleaned from the internet from orthopedic sights, I’m using isometric exercise to help heal my shoulder. I have high hopes that I will be successful although I know it will take time for a complete healing.

    I started the Isometric program to add some variety to my workouts. I thought being a body weight program it wouldn’t really be too tough – that I would primarily be doing exercises with which I was already familiar. But Todd put a fun twist on standard body weight exercises like squats, lunges, and pushups. The changes to the exercises made them challenging, but not impossible. And, after a few weeks of doing the program (just 3 days I week), I noticed a marked improvement in my strength and more definition in my arm, back, and leg muscles. I was thrilled that just 3 20-minute workouts a week resulted in such impressive results!

    I’ve recommended Isometrics to loads of friends and colleagues. I particularly like the short 20 minute routine and the fact that it’s always challenging. If you give your all in the isometric holds the “conventional” exercise becomes quite tough, so giving a great workout and without needing any gym equipment. This is a routine you can fit in any time, even on holiday or in the hotel room on a business trip.Thanks for a great program!

    I hadn’t dabbled much in isometrics before I tried this Isometrics program and honestly, I was a bit skeptical. Even though I prefer bodyweight programs to heavy lifting. I used this program to supplement other fast paced, Tabata-style workouts, and I was impressed with the 20 minute workouts! (I honestly used to think that anything less then 45 minutes didn’t count as a workout, ha!) I learned a lot of new exercise variations and struggled (in a good way!) through most of the super-set style of dynamic-then-static holds. I’m always looking for variety as to not get bored, and this was on point.

    Hello! I just wanted to thank Todd for creating the Isometrics strength course. To put it on a nutshell, my left leg used to be very weak from being in an accident, and it being hard to use it. But through using the isometric exercises on it, I’m getting closer to walking with a more normal gait, and lifting and carrying items is becoming less awkward. Again, thank you! It otherwise would be tricky to work my bad leg (without weight machines, bla)

    This is really good. I am in decent shape. I run a lot and do some strength training already. After the workout yesterday I could already feel the soreness setting in by the evening. Especially in my shoulders. It was a fun workout and I am looking forward to see the results of it.
